Daher k\u00f6nnen nicht alle recycelten Materialien f\u00fcr diese Anwendung verwendet werden. Nichtsdestotrotz ist die Verringerung des CO2-Fussabdrucks ein zunehmend wichtiges Thema in der Bauindustrie, und die Wiederverwendung von Materialien ist ein geeignetes Mittel, um dieses Ziel zu erreichen.<\/p><h2>Mit dem richtigen Schritt beginnen<\/h2><p>Auf der Suche nach Alternativen f\u00fcr unsere verst\u00e4rkten Profilextrusionsprodukte haben wir festgestellt, dass XINOMER ein interessantes Produkt anbietet, das sich von anderen verf\u00fcgbaren Materialien abhebt. XINOMER XMD PA6 und PA66 glasfaserverst\u00e4rkte Compounds k\u00f6nnen Compounds auf Basis von Neuware mit gleichwertigen mechanischen Eigenschaften ersetzen, wobei ausschliesslich recycelte Polymere verwendet werden.<\/p><p>Der Schl\u00fcssel liegt in der Verwendung spezieller PIR-Materialien aus ausgew\u00e4hlten Hochleistungsanwendungen, wodurch die mechanischen Eigenschaften auf einem hohen Niveau gehalten werden.<\/p><h2>Extrudierte Profile mit verbessertem CO2-Fussabdruck<\/h2><p>Mit den XMD-Extrusionsmischungen von XINOMER konnten wir den CO2-Fussabdruck des Produkts reduzieren und gleichzeitig einen stabilen Prozess und gleichwertige mechanische Eigenschaften erreichen. Die hochwertigen Rezyklate lassen Raum f\u00fcr die Optimierung der Verarbeitungseigenschaften und erm\u00f6glichen auch neutrale oder farbige
